MissionHires is seeking a Staff II Accountant to join our client-centric service team. You’ll support audits, reviews, and compilations; prepare financial statements and disclosures; and prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. You’ll work across diverse industries (nonprofit, real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution), build strong client relationships through proactive communication, and contribute to a high-growth environment.

How You'll Contribute

  • Assist with client audits, reviews, and compilation engagements
  • Prepare financial statements and related disclosures
  • Prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
  • Communicate proactively with clients to deliver best-in-class service
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with team members to execute engagements efficiently
  • Maintain accurate workpapers and documentation in line with professional standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience assisting on audits, reviews, and compilation engagements
