How You'll Contribute

  • Lead full capture lifecycle using Shipley methodology from opportunity identification through Color Team reviews to award
  • Develop competitive bid strategies including Price‑to‑Win analysis, competitive assessments, and value proposition mapping
  • Pursue rapid acquisition pathways (BAAs, OTAs, DIU) to accelerate awards and contract closure
  • Serve as technical SME for cryptographic systems lifecycle: requirements, architecture, deployment of encryption devices
  • Monitor market and product roadmaps to guide high‑assurance security positioning and feature direction
  • Build and strengthen senior relationships within NSA and the Intelligence Community
  • Influence internal executives on capture strategies and operational plans that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Lead multidisciplinary proposal teams and drive disciplined capture reviews to increase win probability
  • Make timely, high‑stakes decisions with minimal oversight; operate as a disciplined self‑starter

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering with 12+ years relevant experience, or Graduate degree/MBA with 10+ years
  • Active SECRET security clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Proven record winning competitive captures within DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Expert knowledge of Shipley capture process and experience leading cross‑functional proposal teams
  • Deep domain expertise across cryptographic system lifecycles, architectures, and deployment of encryption devices
  • Experience executing Price‑to‑Win, competitive intelligence, and value proposition development
  • Familiarity with modern DoD acquisition pathways (BAAs, OTAs, DIU) and rapid acquisition practices
  • Executive‑level communication and stakeholder influence skills, internal and external (NSA/IC)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage pressure, and make decisive capture calls
