MissionHires is partnering with our client to hire a Senior Tax Analyst in Phoenix (near Sky Harbor Airport). In this hybrid role, you will prepare and support U.S. federal corporate income tax returns (consolidated and stand-alone) using CorpTax, assist with tax research and technology/process design, maintain tax applications and databases, implement SOX controls for tax return preparation, reconcile returns to public financial statements, and support IRS audit documentation. Salary range is $85,000–$115,000 DOE.

CorpTax, Adobe, Microsoft tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), and tax research tools like BNA, RIA, and CCH.
Prepare consolidated and stand-alone U.S. federal corporate returns in CorpTax, support tax research, implement SOX controls, reconcile to public financials, and support IRS audits.
A bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or related) plus 4+ years in Tax/Accounting, or 2+ years as an Accountant at a Big 4 firm, with experience in U.S. corporate consolidations.
Not required, but a Master’s in Accounting/Tax and a CPA are highly preferred.
Experience with SAP, OneStream, CorpTax, Alteryx, Business Objects, Microsoft Power Query, and Power BI is preferred.
