• Develop and maintain software applications using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
• Engage in both legacy system modernization and the development of new, cutting-edge systems.
• Communicate effectively in an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
• Demonstrate ownership, autonomy, and accountability in all aspects of your work.

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

• Fluency in .NET (modern versions), React, and TypeScript.

• Experience collaborating across time zones.

• Experience with API development and integration.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
