The Senior Sales Executive – Wholesale (Mexico) will be responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts in the Mexican wholesale telecom market. You will own the full sales cycle for carriers, ISPs, content providers, MNCs, and other enterprise partners in the region. This is a high-impact role focused on growing revenue, deepening customer relationships, and executing the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with the leadership team.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the wholesale segment across Mexico.
Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners.
Revenue Growth: Deliver on aggressive sales targets by selling connectivity and infrastructure solutions (IP Transit, DIA, Ethernet, Wavelengths, Colocation, Cloud Connect, etc.).
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with cross-regional teams (Andean, Caribbean, MECA, USA) to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning to inform local strategy.
Sales Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to the Senior Director Wholesale Sales.
Customer Experience: Ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale support experience in coordination with delivery and operations teams.
7+ years of experience in wholesale telecom sales in Mexico or LATAM, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Proven success selling to carriers, ISPs, OTTs, and global MNCs.
Deep understanding of fiber infrastructure, IP/data services, and digital platforms.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel regularly within Mexico and occasionally across the region.
Base Salary: $80,000 - 120,000
Performance-Based Commission/Bonus: $30,000 – $60,000 (or more, depending on targets)
