The ideal candidate is a senior screen-printing expert with 12+ years of technical experience and 8+ years of team leadership, capable of overseeing daily operations, mentoring technicians, optimizing schedules, enforcing quality/safety standards, and partnering with Sales/CSR to deliver complex, high-color print jobs on time and within budget.

How You'll Contribute

  • Oversee day-to-day screen-printing production to ensure consistent, high-quality output on custom orders
  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and workflow optimization
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards; drive continuous process improvements to reduce waste and defects
  • Troubleshoot equipment and complex printing challenges; implement technical solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop screen-printing technicians and production staff; deliver training on best practices and equipment
  • Promote a collaborative, safety-first culture with clear performance expectations; conduct performance evaluations
  • Execute and supervise high-quality prints across apparel types (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc.)
  • Apply multiple printing techniques (DTG, plastisol, discharge, specialty inks) with expert color matching and registration
  • Oversee screen creation, exposure, and art preparation; ensure jobs meet technical specs and client requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and CSR teams on job feasibility, specifications, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
  • Monitor and manage inventory of inks, materials, and supplies
  • Track production metrics and prepare operational reports for management; support cost control and profitability goals
  • Address customer concerns via CSR and provide technical recommendations for complex/custom projects
  • Stay current with industry innovations and emerging printing technologies
