Papa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end product execution across a B2B2C healthcare marketplace that connects members and families with trained Papa Pals. In this role, you’ll identify high-impact problems, translate strategy into roadmaps, collaborate tightly with engineering, design, and analytics, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve member experience, client value, and company growth. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to launch, KPI tracking, experimentation, and iteration—while partnering cross-functionally across operations, marketing, finance, trust & safety, and legal. This is a high-autonomy, low-ego environment for builders who are data-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about human-centered care.
At Papa, we believe in caring for each other. In addition to competitive salaries and challenging work assignments we offer medical, dental and vision insurances, mental health and emotional wellbeing support tools, equity packages; 401k Plan with match of up to 4%, generous gender neutral parental leaves and PTO, lunch stipends and employee events that promote work life balance and camaraderie.
At Papa, we believe in the power of human connection to drive better health outcomes. Our mission is to provide support to older adults and families through companionship and assistance, and we're seeing this translate into real results for our members. Our Papa Pals are the heart of this mission - vetted companions who provide everything from transportation to help coordinating appointments to companionship that reduces social isolation. We partner with health plans and employers to deliver these services, helping them improve member well-being and meet critical health goals. We've provided millions of hours of support, and for so many people, this is a lifeline.
