Why This Role Matters

Papa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end product execution across a B2B2C healthcare marketplace that connects members and families with trained Papa Pals. In this role, you’ll identify high-impact problems, translate strategy into roadmaps, collaborate tightly with engineering, design, and analytics, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve member experience, client value, and company growth. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to launch, KPI tracking, experimentation, and iteration—while partnering cross-functionally across operations, marketing, finance, trust & safety, and legal. This is a high-autonomy, low-ego environment for builders who are data-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about human-centered care.

How You'll Contribute

  • Own end-to-end delivery of key product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Define and prioritize problem statements and translate them into clear product requirements and roadmaps
  • Balance end-user needs, client requirements, and business goals in a complex B2B2C, enterprise-focused market
  • Partner daily with engineering, design, and analytics to ship quality features on time
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs; use data to guide decisions and measure impact
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with research and data teams to incorporate user insights into product decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, trust & safety, and legal to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Translate leadership’s strategy into actionable execution plans and milestones
  • Prioritize work based on value versus effort and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Act as the owner of your workstream’s business outcomes; champion growth and continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products with measurable impact
  • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to drive outcomes without constant guidance
  • Exceptional execution and project management skills across complex initiatives
  • Strong data-driven decision-making; proficiency with KPI definition, analysis, and A/B testing
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional business partners
  • Excellent communication and influence skills; low-ego, open to feedback, and highly collaborative
  • Commercial acumen with ability to navigate enterprise and B2B2C dynamics
  • Passion for Papa’s mission and empathy for the needs of members and Papa Pals
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required; B2B2C experience a plus
