- Own employee relations, ensuring timely, fair, and consistent resolution of workplace matters

- Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that improve morale and retention
- Lead training, workshops, and professional development initiatives

- Analyze HR trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance culture, engagement, and employee experience
