Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to lead executive compensation governance, planning, and disclosure activities for a large, publicly traded company. The role drives alignment of executive pay programs with corporate strategy, partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, prepares Compensation Committee materials and public filings, and ensures compliance with evolving regulations. Location options include Irvine, CA (preferred), Santa Clara, CA, or Toronto, ON, with relocation assistance available.

How You'll Contribute

  • Manage the governance framework and operating model for executive compensation programs
  • Plan and coordinate the annual executive compensation calendar, including Compensation Committee materials and regulatory filing timelines
  • Develop presentation materials and maintain tracking processes for executive compensation decisions and deliverables
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, HR leadership, and external advisors on executive compensation initiatives
  • Support preparation for shareholder engagement discussions on executive compensation topics
  • Create structured decision frameworks, templates, and documentation standards for compensation governance
  • Maintain documentation of decisions, approvals, and follow-up actions to ensure audit readiness
  • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate pay structures
  • Manage equity compensation guidelines and budget parameters in line with organizational goals
  • Assist with public company disclosures and filings (proxy/CD&A, 10-K, 8-K)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and prepare materials to ensure compliance
  • Ensure executive compensation processes are scalable, repeatable, and well-documented

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation-related roles
  • 7+ years focused on executive compensation in a public company environment
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committee planning and governance processes
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation regulatory requirements and reporting cycles
  • Experience preparing materials for shareholder engagement or shareholder meetings
  • Advanced Excel modeling and scenario analysis skills
  • Proven ability to structure complex cross-functional initiatives and maintain organized governance processes
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior executives and leadership teams
  • High level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred: Experience in a Fortune 100 or other large publicly traded organization, or experience in a compensation consulting firm advising public companies
  • Required skill sets: Executive Compensation Governance; Advanced Excel Modeling & Data Analysis; Public Company Disclosure & Regulatory Reporting
