How You'll Contribute

Sr Director of Marketing and Communications responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness across multi-site travel environments.
  • Deliver location-specific approaches by venue, informed by market research and competitive insights.
  • Establish KPIs and measure ROI to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all concepts and lead crisis and reputation communications.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners, authorities, agencies, and vendors on co-marketing initiatives.
  • Create high-impact messaging for fast-paced settings across social, mobile, and location-based channels.
  • Support digital innovation including kiosk ordering and contactless experiences.
  • Lead and scale marketing teams through new openings while serving as the steward of brand integrity across all internal and external touchpoints.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Sr Director of Marketing and Communications candidates must possess:
  • 10+ years marketing experience, 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Multi-location or franchise marketing management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep digital marketing and social media expertise
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
  • Flexibility for non-traditional hours during peak travel periods
  • Brand building experience
  • Experience with multiple restaurant concepts at one time
  • Must have an understanding of airport operations and retail, restaurant, hospitality, or travel industry background.
