MissionHires is seeking a Senior Director of Admissions to lead, coach, and optimize our campus Admissions team to consistently exceed enrollment goals. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, lead flow, local marketing initiatives, and high school lead generation while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies. The Senior Director collaborates closely with Marketing, Financial Aid, campus executives, and regional leaders to drive exceptional student experience, accurate forecasting, and continuous performance improvement.

It’s a full-time, on-site role in Fremont, CA.
You need 3–5 years as a Director of Admissions managing multiple admissions staff with similar program mix and student volume.
You’ll use a CRM, CampusVue, and MS Office for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
You’ll lead and coach the Admissions team, manage lead flow and staffing, review calls and interviews, track goals, run reports, and coordinate with Marketing and Financial Aid.
