How You'll Contribute
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on a range of financial transactions, including complex leveraged finance and syndicated credit agreements.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Participate in all phases of deal execution and provide strategic insight throughout the transaction process.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (Top 30 preferred; GPA 3.0 or higher).
- Admission or eligibility for admission to the North Carolina Bar (preferred).
- 4-7 years of relevant legal experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm.
- Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills are essential.
