As an Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in helping healthcare organizations meet their staffing needs by connecting them with qualified professionals. You’ll build relationships, learn to identify client needs, and provide solutions that improve healthcare delivery nationwide.

This is a fully onsite position (Monday–Friday) at the company’s beautiful corporate campus, which offers impressive amenities including an onsite gym, pool, restaurants, daycare, and healthcare clinic.

How You'll Contribute

  • Connect with healthcare organizations to learn about their staffing needs

  • Build relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

  • Handle a high volume of outreach while keeping conversations meaningful

  • Work with recruiters and internal teams to deliver a great client experience

  • Track activity, pipeline, and results in the CRM

  • Support team goals and celebrate wins together
