Sticker Cabana is seeking a driven and personable Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, promoting our high-quality, USA-made stickers, magnets, keychains, coasters and signs, while helping us spread smiles one product at a time. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on the road, is motivated by uncapped commissions, and is eager to grow into a leadership role as our company scales.
How You'll Contribute
Prospect and engage B2B clients through door-to-door sales and outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, etc.
Present and promote Sticker Cabana’s products to potential business customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Represent Sticker Cabana’s mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and processes
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven experience in door-to-door or outside B2B sales
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in retail sales, wholesale distribution, consumer packaged goods or logistics is a plus
Willingness to travel
Strong desire to earn uncapped commissions and advance into leadership roles

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
