We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to lead customer acquisition and relationship management.
This individual will identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service-level communication with existing clients.
You’ll offer both bundled and standalone beverage solutions, including Bevi Water Systems, water/ice machines, and automatic bean-to-cup coffee machines.
You’ll serve as the main liaison between the client and Best Coffee Express, ensuring service expectations are met — and assisting with collections when needed.
New Business Development
Identify, contact, and qualify new clients across commercial offices, residential buildings, co-working spaces, dealerships, and healthcare offices.
Conduct tailored presentations and product demos (in-person or virtual).
Offer flexible, value-based solutions aligned with customer needs and budgets.
Sales Management
Maintain continuous communication with the Sales Admin Coordinator to manage the sales funnel and CRM for potential customers.
Share weekly sales reports and participate in weekly sales meetings.
Track and report competitive activity and market trends.
Contract Closing & Onboarding
Prepare proposals and close new service agreements.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and timely installations.
Clearly define and communicate service expectations for each client.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the ongoing point of contact for customers, regularly validating service satisfaction.
Recommend service upgrades based on usage trends and feedback.
Proactively resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency.
Accounts Receivable Support
Assist with collections by contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
Coordinate with internal billing to resolve any payment discrepancies.
3+ years of B2B field sales experience — ideally in Office Coffee Service (OCS), Office Hydration Services (OHS), or Bevi Water solution sales. Vending sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of closing beverage service contracts.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management.
A team player who is customer-focused and collaborates well with internal admin and service teams.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Professional and fluent English & Spanish (spoken and written)
Prior experience in OCS or Office Water Services (OWS)
Own a car
