How You'll Contribute

  • Track and update the status of proposals, ensuring timely responses and engagement with potential clients.
  • Draft and customize proposals based on client needs to effectively communicate the value of services.
  • Execute Apollo campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles and buying intents to generate leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for outreach and engagement with potential clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot to orchestrate and monitor email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Manage and segment the HubSpot database to tailor communications and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and engage leads with scoring to prioritize and tailor follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update the HubSpot dashboard to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and campaign results.
  • Develop and implement a structured sequence for follow-ups based on the pipeline phase to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with all leads within 48 hours of initial contact.
  • Launch and manage a continuous stream of Apollo email campaigns.
  • Organize and clean up the deals dashboard, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Train team members on creating and submitting proposals with a 24-hour turnaround time.
