Job Description: As a Sales Manager for our temporary staffing division, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth. How You'll Contribute

Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and approach businesses in need of temporary staffing solutions. Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies, set goals, and identify target markets for business growth.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through consistent outreach and closing new business.

Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Understand the staffing needs of different industries and position our services accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions through CRM software. Provide regular updates to management on progress.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience in sales, ideally in the staffing or recruitment industry, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, including consultative selling skills and effective negotiation.
