How You'll Contribute

  • Respond immediately. When a lead comes in, you’re the first touch. Speed wins deals.

  • Qualify and claim. Take the first Zoom call on inbound leads, qualify against our fit criteria, and own the deal from that moment forward.

  • Close. Run discovery, build the business case, and close — all via Zoom.

  • Follow up until it closes or dies. Most deals aren’t lost to a competitor — they’re lost to silence. You run disciplined follow-up cadences until there’s a signed PO or a firm no.

  • Use the AI stack. AI assists you across the sales process — research, prep, follow-up, and coaching. Use it. Feed it. Improve it.

  • Represent OmniWave at tradeshows and local visits. Minimal travel. Book meetings, follow up within 24 hours.

  • Hand off to Practice Success. The sale doesn’t end at PO. You transition the provider to the activation team with full context so they hit revenue fast — which drives your referrals and your reputation.

  • Maintain impeccable CRM data. Every call logged, every deal stage accurate, every contact enriched.
