Sales Executive (Home Heallth / Hospice) - Dallas, Texas

MissionHires is seeking high-energy, compassionate Sales Executives to drive growth for Home Health and/or Hospice service lines. You will promote unique programs, build and expand referral relationships across physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners, and manage a robust territory to meet and exceed targets. Competitive base salary with lucrative, separate bonus plans for each service line.

• Promote Home Health and/or Hospice programs to referral sources (physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, community partners)
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong referral relationships within the local market
• Expand networks by identifying and engaging diverse referral sources
• Execute territory sales and marketing activities to achieve growth targets
• Effectively use contact management/CRM software to track outreach, pipelines, and results
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth referral onboarding and continuity of care messaging
• Represent the organization with high energy, compassion, and professionalism
• Work independently, prioritize a dynamic schedule, and problem-solve to remove barriers to referrals

• 2+ years of proven, successful sales experience in Hospice and/or Home Health (required)
• Established local referral sources and relationships in the market
• Demonstrated track record growing referrals and meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources
• Proficiency with contact management/CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Stable work history with verifiable performance results
