This role is designed for a sharp, organized, and results-driven sales leader who can own a key region, manage strategic accounts, and build a high-performing commercial team. You will represent multiple upholstery and performance fabric product lines across the Northeast territory. The right person brings a no-nonsense work style, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to create long-term customer partnerships.
The Sales Representative – Northeast will manage tier-1 customers (approximately five major accounts) while leading and growing a small team of direct salespeople and a network of independent agents. Success in this role means driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing a structured, data-driven sales approach.
Spend at least 50% of your time visiting customers, showrooms, and industry events across the Northeast.
Maintain a strong and consistent field presence.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Regional Sales Leader.
Strong track record managing tier-1/strategic accounts.
Experience leading sales teams and managing agency networks.
Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Data-driven operator with CRM proficiency.
Ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
Willing to travel 50% or more.
