How You'll Contribute

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for the Northeast region

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Develop annual and quarterly sales plans

  • Drive growth across assigned product lines

  • Lead, coach, and mentor two direct sales reports

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales agents

  • Serve as senior commercial contact for tier-1 strategic accounts

  • Lead pricing discussions and long-term agreement negotiations

  • Build long-term customer relationships

  • Use CRM and dashboards to track KPIs and pipeline activity

  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and structured reporting

  • Standardize call planning and territory management processes

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams

  • Gather and communicate structured customer feedback

  • Maintain strong field presence with 50% travel
