Why This Role Matters

MissionHires is hiring a Remote Outbound Sales (Medical Devices) Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) to drive top-of-funnel activity through high-volume cold calling, relationship re-engagement, and rigorous lead qualification. This front-line role identifies interest, qualifies opportunities, and submits high-quality leads to Aesthetic Consultants for demos and close. The CES does not close deals but is the critical engine of the sales pipeline, ensuring a strong first impression and clean handoffs.

How You'll Contribute

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians, Medspas, and aesthetic practices
  • Re-engage existing system owners for expansion, upgrades, or replacements via open house staffing opportunities
  • Introduce the aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest and timing
  • Navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers professionally and confidently
  • Qualify leads based on practice type, decision-maker access, timing, budget, and intent
  • Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or designated CRM
  • Submit qualified leads with complete, actionable notes to assigned Aesthetic Consultants or Executive Aesthetic Consultants
  • Ensure timely, clean handoffs to maximize conversion rates and rep productivity
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity levels aligned with performance expectations
  • Manage follow-up cadence and engagement history to prevent missed opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or call center roles (medical device or technology sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with quick rapport-building ability
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferred
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry and willingness to learn advanced technology and consultative selling methods
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and qualifying leads against defined criteria
  • Ability to document accurately and manage pipelines to performance expectations
  • Professionalism in engaging gatekeepers and decision-makers and delivering a strong first impression of the brand
