MissionHires is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to help us reach out to mission-driven companies and non-profits. Your role will be to introduce them to our innovative recruiting platform and demonstrate how we can help them hire talent aligned with their mission and values.

How You'll Contribute

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, including startups, companies, and non-profits.
  • Present and promote MissionHires' recruiting platform to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and align them with our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help improve our platform based on client interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a tech or recruiting environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing customer data and interactions.

  • Passion for helping companies and professionals work together in a mission they believe in.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
