MissionHires is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to help us reach out to mission-driven companies and non-profits. Your role will be to introduce them to our innovative recruiting platform and demonstrate how we can help them hire talent aligned with their mission and values.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a tech or recruiting environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing customer data and interactions.
Passion for helping companies and professionals work together in a mission they believe in.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
