Sales Development Representative

Enjoy Hemp, a rapidly growing, successful hemp company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

• Cold calling new and prospective storefronts.

• Cold calling is 95% of this position. If you are not comfortable picking up the phone and cold calling every single day, this is not the position for you.

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty;

• Developing an understanding of products to effectively communicate our product line to customers;

• Setting and meeting sales goals and objectives set by the Sales Manager.

• Prior cold calling experience.

• You will be tested on your cold calling skills and abilities during the interview.

• Must be a self starter.

• The only way to achieve success is to commit to learning our repeatable process and 8+ hours calling new prospective storefronts.

• We pay you a comfortable base pay with an over-the-top commission structure. Our team members are making 15k-30k a month after their 4-month ramp-up period.
