The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the North America Sales Organization by ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, customer relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. This role acts as the backbone of the sales team—coordinating data, processes, and communication so sales leaders and representatives can focus on growth, customer success, and market expansion.
Support the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities across North America
Manage assigned accounts, including item setups, forecast entry, and lab data requests
Assist Sales Representatives with sales development activities such as presentations, pricing quotes, and sample tracking
Retrieve, analyze, and report on real-time data to identify trends and discrepancies
Support showroom setup and preparation for customer meetings
Assist with trade show planning, execution, and on-site support as needed
Coordinate product and service issue resolution, including sample requests and test results
Develop strong knowledge of products and collaborate across departments (Product, Production, Quality, Customer Service)
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting key objectives
Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of relevant work experience (retail or project management experience a plus)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting dashboards)
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
