As a Sales and Admin Support, you will be essential to the smooth execution of our sales and marketing operations. From managing outreach campaigns to supporting proposal creation and CRM upkeep, your role is central to how we nurture leads and drive growth. You will work across departments and systems, helping our team stay efficient, proactive, and client-focused.
Campaign Management
Execute and maintain cold outreach campaigns via Apollo, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
Segment the HubSpot database based on ICP and buying intent for improved targeting.
Plan and deploy follow-up sequences aligned with pipeline stages.
CRM and Dashboard Oversight
Keep the HubSpot deals dashboard clean, updated, and actionable.
Monitor and report campaign results regularly, highlighting actionable insights.
Proposal and Lead Management
Draft and customize proposals in response to client needs (within 24 hours of request).
Follow up with all leads within 48 hours to ensure no opportunity is lost.
Support internal training on proposal generation processes and CRM best practices.
Admin Coordination
Maintain internal documentation and reporting templates.
Support scheduling, team coordination, and task tracking to optimize internal workflows.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative coordination role.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
