Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

• Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficiency
• Oversee daily FOH operations, including service execution, guest interactions, and staff performance
• Hire, train, and develop service staff to uphold hospitality standards and company culture
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, and staffing needs to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized dining environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service regulations
• Work alongside the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to enhance overall restaurant performance

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

• A Minimum of 1 year of FOH management experience in an upscale casual full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant financials, including labor costs and revenue management
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
