Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage labor costs, inventory, and financial performance to maximize profitability
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with company values
Address customer feedback and concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Implement company initiatives to drive sales, efficiency, and growth
Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost management
Passion for hospitality and providing top-tier customer service
Ability to work a 5-day workweek, including nights and weekends as needed
