Restaurant Manager - Fast Food - Queens, New York

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier guest service
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and cost management
• Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability
• Create efficient staff schedules to enhance service & labor management
• Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts
• Uphold brand standards and operational excellence

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

• 1+ year restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Guest-focused and team-oriented
• Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost management
• Passion for hospitality and providing top-tier customer service
• Ability to work a 5-day workweek, including nights and weekends as needed
