General Manager responsibilities include:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure a great guest experience

• Hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders

• Manage inventory, food safety, scheduling, and cash controls

• Drive sales and profitability through strong cost management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant

• Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture

General Manager candidates must possess:

• 2+ years GM or AGM experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant

• Strong people leader who develops and motivates teams

• Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, and P&L performance

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
