This role leads the daily operations of one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in America. The General Manager ensures smooth operations of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), delivers top guest service and food quality, drives financial performance, and develops team members. The position is central to maintaining brand standards while supporting growth and career advancement opportunities.
Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members
Manage financial reporting and operational performance
Ensure the highest levels of guest service and food standards
Oversee food safety, food prep, sanitation, and BOH duties
Lead daily restaurant management activities and team execution
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager (or Assistant GM ready for the next step)
Strong BOH/kitchen knowledge
Open availability with a flexible schedule
Financial knowledge including P&L management and cost controls
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a team
Excellent communication skills across all employee and guest levels
Dynamic, outgoing, results-driven personality
