How You'll Contribute

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)

  • Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members

  • Manage financial reporting and operational performance

  • Ensure the highest levels of guest service and food standards

  • Oversee food safety, food prep, sanitation, and BOH duties

  • Lead daily restaurant management activities and team execution

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager (or Assistant GM ready for the next step)

  • Strong BOH/kitchen knowledge

  • Open availability with a flexible schedule

  • Financial knowledge including P&L management and cost controls
