How You'll Contribute

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the drive-thru and dining room to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction

  • Hire, train, and develop team members and managers to uphold company standards

  • Monitor financial performance, including labor, food costs, and overall profitability

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards

  • Drive sales, promotions, and community engagement to grow the business

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to enhance the customer experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick-service (QSR) restaurant

  • Experience managing both drive-thru and dining room operations

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage labor costs, inventory, and restaurant financials

  • Passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
