MissionHires is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, partner closely with the Executive Chef, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role owns service excellence, financial performance, staff leadership, and community engagement while upholding the restaurant’s ethos of ethical dining.

How You'll Contribute

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef to align menu execution with quality standards, seasonality, and guest expectations
  • Monitor inventory, manage supply chains, and minimize food waste to support sustainability goals
  • Collaborate on innovative, plant-based menu curation and seasonal/special event offerings
  • Ensure the kitchen and service teams have resources, tools, and a supportive environment to thrive
  • Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses; track and optimize P&L performance
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs with ownership to drive profitability
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Address and resolve guest concerns to build loyalty and repeat business
  • Gather and act on guest feedback and dining trends to continuously enhance the experience
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while fostering a collaborative, respectful culture
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Promote the restaurant’s plant-based ethos through marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across FOH and BOH

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
