How You'll Contribute

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service at all times.

  • Maintain fast, friendly, accurate service aligned with Speed of Service standards.

  • Drive customer engagement through events, initiatives, and community connection.

  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, safety, and presentation.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and compliant shop environment.

  • Address operational issues promptly; coach staff to uphold high standards.

  • Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.

  • Manage P&L performance, labor planning, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Increase sales through merchandising, marketing, and catering opportunities.

  • Build strong teams through recruitment, training, development, and feedback.

  • Encourage open communication and promote two-way feedback at all levels.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (not fast food, fine dining, upscale dining, buffet, family dining, or contract food service).

  • Experience managing $2.5M–$4M annual sales volume.

  • Strong background in operations, customer service, and people leadership.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams.

  • Adaptable, action-oriented, and comfortable with rapid decision-making.

  • High integrity with a collaborative leadership style.

  • Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.

  • Capable of working at least 50 hours per week, including weekends, early/late shifts, and an open schedule based on business needs.

  • Able to comply with the company’s uniform policy (accommodations must be disclosed before interview).

  • Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
