The General Manager is the driving force behind the restaurant’s daily success. You will lead a high-energy team, deliver exceptional hospitality, and uphold the brand’s legendary full-service dining experience. As the operational leader, you ensure excellence in service, quality, safety, and financial performance. This role is perfect for a hands-on operator who thrives in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
Oversee all daily front- and back-of-house operations
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 40–70+ employees
Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing talent
Foster a positive, inclusive, and guest-centric work culture
Uphold brand standards for quality, hospitality, service speed, and cleanliness
Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
Create strong guest loyalty and a memorable dining experience
Manage full P&L, including forecasting, labor controls, and cost management
Drive sales through local marketing, events, and community engagement
Oversee accurate inventory management and food quality standards
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service casual dining
Proven success managing $2M–$5M+ annual sales volume
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire diverse teams
Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, cost controls, and operations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to delivering superior hospitality and team development
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
Bonus: Monthly bonus potential, up to $24,000 per year
