How You'll Contribute
General Manager duties include:
- Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Execute brand standards, recipes, and operating procedures consistently
- Own restaurant financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Analyze P&L reports and implement action plans to meet profitability goals
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Create a positive, accountable culture that drives performance and retention
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a guest-first mindset
- Support local store marketing and community engagement efforts
What Makes You a Great Fit
General Manager candidates must possess:
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or full-service casual dining
- Must have a proven track record in management of COGS and Labor.
- Strong skills in P&L reports and budgets a plus.
- Great customer service skills
- Team player
- High School diploma or GED
