Assistant Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager in a fast food, fast-casual, or quick-service (QSR) restaurant
  • Experience managing drive-thru and dining room operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of labor cost management, inventory, and basic restaurant financials
