Remote Benefit Advisor - USA

We’re seeking dedicated, service-driven professionals to join our team as Remote Benefits Advisors. In this role, you’ll guide individuals and families through their protection options, helping them choose plans that fit their needs—while building a stable career with flexibility, strong support, and long-term earning potential.

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and arrange online consultations

• Walk clients through available benefit programs and assist them during enrollment

• Provide exceptional service and maintain ongoing client relationships

• Work toward personal sales targets with coaching and structured training

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

• Willingness to learn and openness to coaching

• Genuine desire to support and educate clients

• Ability to obtain a provincial/state insurance license (we assist with the process)

• Clear communication skills and confidence working with people

• Background in customer service or sales is an asset (not required)

• Reliable computer skills; must use a laptop or desktop

• Must reside in the U.S. and speak fluent English

• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling

• First-year average earnings around $67,000+, and $118,000+ in the second year (commission + bonuses)
