How You'll Contribute
- Deliver direct nursing care to psychiatric patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, document care, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Delegate tasks and supervise other caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
- Coordinate effectively with physicians, peers, and support staff to maintain smooth unit operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in a nurse residency program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire (applicable to hires after November 2019).
