This part-time position is ideal for someone looking to contribute 8 hours per week, including alternating weekends and three holidays annually. Shift hours are 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. As a Registered Nurse in the Comprehensive Services Psych Unit, you'll deliver direct patient care to a complex population and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide leadership by delegating and evaluating care provided by support staff.

- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing learning and contribute to a strong team-based culture.
- Serve as a resource to less experienced nurses and support staff.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active NJ Registered Nurse License (Required)
- AHA BLS/CPR Certification (Required within 60 days of hire)
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire (if hired after Nov 2019)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience OR active enrollment in a Nurse Residency Program
