We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join a Behavioral Health Float Team in Belle Mead, NJ. This position works across various behavioral health units supporting patients with psychiatric needs during overnight shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM). The role is full-time (36 hours/week), includes every other weekend and 3 out of 6 holidays annually, and has no on-call requirements. How You'll Contribute
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various behavioral health units.
- Support a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals and ensure individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and safety regulations.
- Float between units as required based on staffing needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
- At least 6 months of nursing experience OR participation in a nurse residency program.
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
