How You'll Contribute
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across behavioral health units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with current nursing practices, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) License
- AHA BLS/CPR certification (required within 60 days of hire)
- Six months or more of relevant nursing experience or current participant in a nurse residency program
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years (applies to hires after November 2019)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
- Adaptability to float across behavioral health units
