This position plays a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary environment. Nurses in this unit care for a variety of complex cases while working collaboratively with physicians, peers, and support staff.

Shift Details: Schedule: 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.; Shift differentials and rotation details apply.
How You'll Contribute
- Deliver direct patient care and oversee care provided by other staff
- Actively participate in treatment planning and implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active New Jersey RN license
- AHA BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire)
- BSN in progress or commitment to obtain within 3 years (for hires post-November 2019)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in a nurse residency program
