Registered Nurse - Adult Psychiatric & Addiction Unit (Evenings, Part-Time)

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Adult Psychiatric & Addiction Unit to deliver direct nursing care to adult patients experiencing psychiatric and substance use challenges, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered outcomes and provide guidance to support staff.

• Administer and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality standards

• Current New Jersey RN license
• AHA BLS/CPR certification (within 60 days of hire)
• Six months or more of relevant nursing experience OR participation in a Nurse Residency Program
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire (for hires post-Nov 2019)

Skill Set Requirements:

1. Psychiatric and addiction care experience or strong interest
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
