How You'll Contribute
- Administer and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members
- Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality standards
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Current New Jersey RN license
- AHA BLS/CPR certification (within 60 days of hire)
- Six months or more of relevant nursing experience OR participation in a Nurse Residency Program
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire (for hires post-Nov 2019)
Skill Set Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
