MissionHires is hiring a Regional VP of Sales (Travel Services) to own regional revenue performance, accelerate growth, expand enterprise market share, and build a high-performing sales organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this leader will drive new business development, strategic account expansion, and oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and sales metrics across a team of senior sales directors within the corporate travel ecosystem.

How You'll Contribute

  • Own regional revenue growth and enterprise market share expansion
  • Lead new enterprise client acquisition across the region
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 5 senior sales directors
  • Develop strategic sales plans, channels, and territory coverage models
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Drive executive-level engagement and presentations with C-suite stakeholders
  • Support global bid development and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with mid-market to global accounts (up to $40M annual spend)
  • Optimize pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and ROI-based proposals
  • Travel as needed to support clients, team performance, and key pursuits
