MissionHires is seeking a seasoned Regional VP of Sales, Travel Services to accelerate regional growth, expand enterprise market share, and build a high-performing sales organization in corporate travel and travel technology. Reporting to executive leadership, this senior revenue leader will own new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance while engaging C-suite stakeholders and leading a team of senior sales directors.

How You'll Contribute

  • Drive regional revenue growth and new enterprise client acquisition across corporate travel and travel tech solutions
  • Recruit, lead, and coach a team of 5 senior sales directors to exceed quota
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans, including channel development and territory coverage
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and support global bid/RFP development
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, marketing, and finance to win and expand accounts
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships with mid-market to global accounts (up to $40M annual spend)
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with strong ROI rationale
  • Represent MissionHires and our travel solutions with strong executive presence at client meetings and industry events
  • Travel as needed to support clients, team performance, and regional initiatives

  • Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel technology platforms, and supplier ecosystems (TMCs, GDS, OBTs, NDC, duty of care, expense integrations)
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value travel management services and solutions
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of C‑suite engagement and enterprise deal orchestration
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, territory design, and pipeline management
  • Financial acumen in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and ROI/TCO analysis
  • Experience overseeing accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to support global bids/RFPs and collaborate across functions to deliver client outcomes
  • History of managing or growing accounts ranging from mid-market to global enterprises (up to $40M annual spend)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support team performance
