In this role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment and engineered solutions—prospecting, preparing technical/commercial proposals with engineering support, negotiating, and closing. You’ll build long-term relationships with municipalities, industrial clients, and engineering firms, contribute to commercial strategy with the Sales Director, and travel ~40% for customer visits and trade shows. How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and grow sales within an assigned North American/Canadian territory
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals with engineering team support
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with municipalities, industrial clients, and engineering firms
  • Lead diligent follow-ups on opportunities and manage long sales cycles
  • Contribute to defining and executing the regional commercial strategy with the Sales Director
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in CRM
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events (~40% travel)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and leadership to align solutions and pricing
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities across North America and Canada

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience; capital equipment or engineered solutions strongly preferred
  • Proven success preparing and delivering technical/commercial proposals and closing contracts
  • Experience in the wastewater sector is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% across North America; occasional international travel possible
