This role leads technical Field Service operations across 7 Northeastern states for a manufacturer of medical instrumentation. The Regional Field Support Manager ensures service teams operate efficiently, customers receive reliable support, and field technicians are trained, supported, and performing at a high level.
Candidates must reside in one of the following metro areas, and be within 1 hour of a major metropolitan airport:

Pittsburgh, PA
Cleveland, OH
Columbus, OH
Cincinnati, OH
Indianapolis, IN
Lead and oversee field service operations across 7 Northeastern states
Manage a team of 20–30 field service technicians and first-level managers
Support technician performance, training, and service execution
Ensure consistent field service quality and customer satisfaction
Travel overnight as needed to support regional service activities
Associate Degree in a technical discipline (required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of service management experience with medical devices (required)
Prior medical device service experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership experience managing large field-based technical teams
Willingness to travel overnight as needed
Base salary $110K - $120K
