• Identify and approach potential business clients in South Florida through door-to-door visits and cold calling
• Present and promote MissionHires’ AI hiring platform to decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Educate prospects on the benefits of MissionHires and how it can streamline their hiring process
• Track outreach activities and report progress to the MissionHires team
• Represent MissionHires’ values of innovation, passion, impact, and growth in all interactions

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales and/or cold calling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong networking abilities and a passion for connecting people

• Comfortable working on a commission-only, part-time basis

• Based in South Florida with reliable transportation

• High Commission, Simple Structure
