Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has experience in niche hiring, managing specialized roles, and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. You will oversee a team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and use data-driven insights to improve processes and deliver top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including niche and specialized positions.
Manage and mentor recruiters, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience are met.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Leverage ATS platforms (ClickUp, Jombone, and others) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data.
Develop talent pipelines for recurring, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles.
Implement recruitment campaigns and monitor performance across multiple channels.
Optimize workflows using recruitment analytics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Enhance employer branding to attract specialized talent.
Stay updated on hiring trends and continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of managerial or team lead experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience in niche hiring or recruiting for specialized roles
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (ClickUp, Jombone, and similar systems)
Skilled in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, MissionHires, and other job boards
Proficient in Boolean search techniques and social media sourcing
Familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on hiring metrics
