Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has experience in niche hiring, managing specialized roles, and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. You will oversee a team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and use data-driven insights to improve processes and deliver top talent efficiently.

How You'll Contribute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including niche and specialized positions.

  • Manage and mentor recruiters, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience are met.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Leverage ATS platforms (ClickUp, Jombone, and others) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data.

  • Develop talent pipelines for recurring, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Implement recruitment campaigns and monitor performance across multiple channels.

  • Optimize workflows using recruitment analytics and provide regular reports to leadership.

  • Enhance employer branding to attract specialized talent.

  • Stay updated on hiring trends and continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial or team lead experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

  • Proven experience in niche hiring or recruiting for specialized roles

  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (ClickUp, Jombone, and similar systems)

  • Skilled in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, MissionHires, and other job boards

  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and social media sourcing

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on hiring metrics

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
